STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

The Midwest Halos have built a reputation for success and player development and growth in just a few short years and a large part of that is the Strength and Conditioning and the focus on developing in the weight room. Our 6,000 square foot weight room along with areas in the facility dedicated to arm care offers players the ability to work on weight training specific to their needs on the field.  Whether it's getting in a targeted lift session with our Director of Strength and Conditioning or working at the plyoball area, various band stations or our long toss and velocity tunnel, the Midwest Halos athletes are given every opportunity and path to the right kind of strength and conditioning.
